37:46 While I respect General Boykin, I'd have to take exception with you regarding Ron Paul. Ron Paul has consistently had an unchanging message of fiscal responsibility, reduced government, constitutional government, honest money, and a pro-life supporter. And I'd dare say that he is the only candidate that is seriously talking serious issues like the NDAA and the national debt. Added to that the fact that the national media consistently trashes him (as they do you also) that should tell you volumes about Ron Paul's character.
