A true leader of the church I, and I do believe this with all my heart needs to not compromise on any value learned from the Bible. Jesus did not compromise at all he had the wisdom to know how to deal with every problem .Jesus know how every person felt and what his situation was . So what our true leader needs to do is to, with out waver go to GOD in prayer and wait for that answer from him and he must with out a moment of doubt to not waver from the valves of the Bible witch is GODS word. He needs to Pray for the very attributes shown in the leaders in the Bible like David, Saul, Abraham, Moses, Paul, and all in the Bible that God lead. For each situation that we have or run in to has been confronted head on by the leaders in the Bible. There is no situation that can come about to day that God has not lead one of the Leaders in the Bible triumph over. All our lesson are in the Bible. We need to have GOD lead us with out question.
