Defeating Self-Abasement

In this episode of Prophetic Perspectives, we join Dave Yarnes and special guest, Dr. Lance Wallnau. Dr. Wallnau is an international prophetic teacher and is CEO of The Lance Learning Group. He has spent a lifetime of research in the field of organizational and personal transformation. Today the two talk about the dangers of self-abasement. There is no humility in viewing ourselves negatively. The “beat yourself up” process keeps you from obtaining success. Don’t bury your talent in fear! It is imperative that we see ourselves in light of the Kingdom of God and continue to wear the armor of God. The enemy will try to layer attacks on our minds, but we must practice standing against this in the presence of adversity and mental attacks. This is how an overcomer is formed.

WOW - thank you SO MUCH for posting this - unbelievably awesome teaching on the thought life, overcoming, trials and our proper response to these. EUREKA doesn't being to describe it! Every Christian needs to hear this over and over until it becomes a part of their life. I have encouraged my study group to get in on it. You guys rock - Keep slaying dragons! George D.

Defeating Self-Abasement

I really enjoy listening to Dr. Lance Wallnau ever time he speaks. His teaching this week on Hope has helped me to see Hope in a new way. I've been a born again, baptized in the Holy Spirit most of my life. So I've heard many good messages on Hope through the years. Like a lot of people it has been rather challenging. It has been a little scary at times. But I keep remembering Joshua and Caleb. They had a different report a report of faith. And even though they had to wait forty years. They went into the Promise Land. I know God will bring me into my Promised Land if I stay in Hope and Faith.
