In this episode of Prophetic Perspectives, Rick Joyner is joined by MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries members Carlton and Marilyn McCarter of Victory International Christian Center in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Pastor McCarter and his wife discuss the effects of Hurricane Katrina and how the whole state of Mississippi changed afterward. The state was not prepared for the devastating effects and the once beautiful town of Biloxi became the "ground zero" of Katrina. Despite the devastation, the time following Katrina has been a great time for ministry. They learned a lot about the need for preparation, both physically and spiritually, for the times which our nation currently faces.
