The Community We Are Creating Is:

A Safe Place

Safety is a key to unlocking the heart. Whether it is from physical healing, developing unknown gifts, or healing and restoration in our hearts from past hurts, safety is a key.

We believe that safety is foundational in enabling people to develop into who they are called to be.

A Training Ground

We combine our belief in creating a safe place with the practical functions of training people to walk into their callings.

Our Cornerstone is Jesus Christ, the Author and Finisher of our faith (see Ephesians 4; Hebrews 12:2; Ephesians 2:20). We help lay this stone in our community, our hearts, the church, and in our lives with the help of the five-fold ministry and in developing the gifts that people have to offer to build up the body of Christ.

Therefore, it is our desire to train and equip people into their callings and encourage them in their gifting using the five-fold ministry model that Paul talked about in Ephesians 4:11-16 and I Corinthians 12:27-28.

And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,

for the equipping of  the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;

until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.

As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;

but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,

from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love (Ephesians 4:11-16).

Now you are Christ's body, and individually members of it.

And God has appointed in the church, first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, various kinds of tongues (I Corinthians 12:27-28).

A Growing Tree

We believe that when we lift the Lord Jesus Christ up, all men will be drawn unto Him (see John 12:32). Having Him lifted up in our hearts and in everything we do, He is the core of our lives.

We believe that we are as close to God as we want to be (see John 14:23; John 14:17; John 16:13-16; Matthew 19:20-22; Mark 9:22-23). As we lift Him up and draw close to Him, all things become ordered by Him—in our lives, in our communities, in our hearts, in our gifts and talents, in our minds, and in our relationships. This is the vision and the focus of our lives.

We want Jesus to be at the core and to be the focus of our lives. As we lift Him up, the opportunity to grow and to change more and more into His likeness and image starts to become more prevalent. If we make that choice, we will grow. We believe growth in His Word is a key to changing our hearts, lives, community, and our relationships.
