Ray Hughes

Redeeming the Song

9-29-12

Ray says that our individual DNA has our unique song in it, and the enemy tries to steal that. We were created to worship and if we don’t do that we are abandoning what we were created for. Artists are the ones who shape cultures, giving future generations an understanding of the time. God’s creativity for this has no parameters, and we need to set the standard of what the songs should sound like

He Is Awesome

9-30-12

God is a creator by nature. The creation of our world is an expression of His love. Creativity is a process, but also a partnership. God is looking for a generation who will partner with Him.

New Sound

5-28-10

Brian and Ramey Whalen lead worship with the songs "Breakthrough" "Grace" and "Praises Rises." Ray Hughes teaches on finding the songs for the different seasons of your life Ray uses King Davids battle with Goliath as an example of the sounds of warfare.

Under the Hand of the Father

2-9-13

Tonight's session features Ray Hughes, who talks about the Tabernacle of David and the nature of praise. True worship has no room for a sense of entitlement, it is consumed only by union with our Creator. We do not trust in the promise of revival, we trust in the Lord. It's time that Christians take it back to the simplicity of worship and love, our true purpose.

Revival Rumblings

9-30-12

When we remember the mighty acts of God, we can access what God is going to do next. Ray believes there are rumblings now for revival. Although revival history isn’t being taught today, in the Old Testament the people of God had revival nine times. Real revival is when the Holy Spirit is made the center of attention, and is born out of His heart.
