I'm having trouble logging in

Please follow these steps:

1. Click the "Login/Register" button on the top right of the page (or click HERE).

2. While on the login screen click on the “request new password” button above the username/email box.

3. Input your email into the box, and then click the "Request New Password" button just below it.
(If your username/email address is not found, try some other email addresses.
If the system still cannot find your account, click HERE to contact support).

4. When you receive the email sent to you from MorningStarTV.com, open it, and then click on the link provided.
(If you do not receive the email in a few minutes, please check your spam folder).

5. On the website page that opens, click the “Log in” button

6. Find the boxes that say “password”, and input your desired password into both boxes.

7. Click the “save” button at the bottom of the page

The video is very small, or the screen is blank, but I hear audio

Please refresh (reload) the page. If this does not fix the issue, please try a different browser.

How do I watch Premium content?

We have two types of Subscriptions available:

Premium Subscription
Gives access to past (archived) SOS Services, Sunday services and TV shows.

Unlimited Subscription
Gives access to live and archived conferences
Includes Premium access

Premium content can be accessed on the Conferences, Sunday Services and School of the Spirit channels:

Can I update my credit card online?

Yes. To update your credit card, please login and navigate to the recurring payments section under "My Account" HERE.
Alternatively, submit a support request HERE.

How do I change my billing address?

To change your billing address, please let us know your new address HERE.

How do I upgrade from a Basic to an Unlimited Subscription?

We do not currently have an “Upgrade” option. In order to change from a Basic Subscription to an Unlimited Subscription, you will need to first cancel your Basic Subscription (see instructions above) and then purchase a new Unlimited Subscription HERE.

How do I cancel my account online?

Please navigate to the recurring payments section under "My Account" HERE to see a list of all your MorningStar payments with update/cancel options.

How do I view live services and conference sessions?

To watch any live service* or conference session** simply click on “Watch Live” in the white menu at the top of the page.

**Please note that conference sessions are only available to Unlimited Subscribers who are logged in to their account.

*SOS and Sunday morning services are available to view live at no charge each week.

How do I view archived conference sessions?*

1. Login to your account (Use the blue "Login/Register" button at the top right of the page, or click HERE)
2. Under the Channels tab, click on Conferences and click on the video you would like to view.

*Please note that conference sessions are only available to Unlimited Subscribers.
